She habitually called out, but got no response. The little girl woke up immediately. When she stood up and looked around, her brother was nowhere to be seen...
She raised her hand and touched the bed. The place where Ethan Su had lain was already cold, indicating that he had left silently without saying goodbye again.
Sophie Su suddenly looked depressed, and her fingertips clenched the quilt: "Didn't you say you would wait for me to wake up?"
