Sophie Su obediently sat with her back to her brother, and then her outer shirt was taken off, revealing a small part of her back. Her delicate skin was white and tender, and the scary marks were gone, leaving only a faint red mark.
Ethan Su bent his index finger and gently rubbed the red mark: "Does it still hurt?"
The little girl shook her head: "It doesn't hurt anymore, but it gets a little itchy on rainy days. Chuxia said it will heal once the scars are completely gone."
His slender fingertips caressed the edge of the skirt, inserted into it along the gap, and hooked it outwards with force. After finding that the fabric was tied with the ribbon and did not move at all, Ethan Su twisted his fingertips and returned to the red mark, stroking it over and over again without getting tired of it, as if this could erase it.
"Brother." Sophie Su turned her head, her clear eyes were a little blurry, "I feel dizzy."
