Ethan Yang closed his eyes, and the tense string in his mind suddenly relaxed, and he let out a long breath.
He saw the shadow move, straighten up, and look towards him. Apparently, his brother recognized him, too.
Ethan Yang let go of the tree trunk and walked towards his brother. He stood in front of him, then looked down at him, his dark eyes darker than the night.
The bright white moonlight shone through the gaps between the leaves, and Ethan Yang saw that his brother's forehead was bleeding. The dark red blood flowed down the side of his face, and had been dried by the wind and solidified on the skin.
He stared at the bloodstain and gently stroked it with his thumb, but he didn't dare to look into the eyes that were so close to him.
