The words in Adrian Xu's mind that morning, "Isn't it just military training? It doesn't matter if we're swapped. It's just a small matter as long as there's no exam," seemed to turn into a slap in the face.
This is no small scene.
There were five or six people on the opposite side, all of whom looked like young men from society. They took off their military training uniforms and walked out of the Green Boat Base. Standing on the main road, they could go directly to the street to collect protection fees.
Their aura is quite different from those young guys in the Internet cafe last time who claimed to be gangsters.
There is an unconcealable hostility in their eyes and brows...these guys are really "bad guys".
