Since the day Arden Shen disappeared, there have been constant patrols of officers and soldiers in the city. So when a group of officers and soldiers knocked on the door of the Chinese medicine shop early the next morning and said they wanted to conduct a routine inspection, Sun Da did not feel anything unusual.
"Have you noticed any suspicious persons recently?" the leading officer asked in an official tone.
"Of course not." Sun Da nodded and bowed, "If there is anything unusual, I will tell you immediately."
"You guys, go in and search." the leader gave the order.
Sun Da took the initiative to give up his position. A moment later, the officers and soldiers who were searching came back one after another and reported that they found nothing wrong.
