Ryan Cui practiced swordplay at Xie's house for the whole morning. It was hot, and he drank two cups of liquor at lunch, so his body was already soaked with sweat. After lunch, Xie Ying asked someone to prepare water for him to wash and change his clothes.
He had already sent his own undershirt to be washed, and it would take a while for it to dry, so he had to leave it at Xie's house and come back to pick it up when they met next time. However, the yisa he had changed into a close-fitting shorts before practicing martial arts was still dry, so he could wear it when he returned.
The servants of the Xie family put a bench under the flower stand in the yard and asked him to lie down and dry his hair. Xie Ying also sat on a bench nearby and casually flipped through the newly published Six Talents Criticizing the Three Kingdoms.
Although Xie Qianhu was less talkative now and his attitude was a little distant, he still took care of him as always and allowed him to take a bath and change clothes at home so that he wouldn't have to come back sweating. Ryan Cui thought it was good for the two of them to stay quietly like this. The flowers under the trellis were mottled in the shade, and the sun was not strong. When he looked up, he saw the trellis full of grapes, all of which were newly born little grapes, looking at the green and cool eyes.
He was in the yard, memorizing his lecture notes with his eyes closed, with snacks at hand. When he felt tired, he opened his eyes and looked at the grape beads hanging from the top of the flower stand. He spent the whole afternoon comfortably.
