It was rare to go to bed late, and his regular schedule was broken. When Blake Gu woke up, he only felt a splitting headache.
The feeling of palpitations finally disappeared after a night, and the nurse went on daily rounds, and everything seemed to have returned to its previous calm --- until half an hour later, when Blake Gu was walking, he saw Promise standing not far away.
The first time he saw her, Alpha smiled. Reese Ying was holding a bunch of baby's breath, as pure white as the roses in the ward.
"Blake Gu." She seemed to still be worried about what happened yesterday, and kept a distance from me. "Good morning."
Blake Gu just glanced at her, and the memory of last night suddenly came back to her mind. She turned around and sat down without saying a word.
