Martin waited for a moment, and seeing that Lila didn't move, he lowered his head and met a pair of bright and sparkling eyes. It seemed as if countless strands of honey flew towards him and wrapped him tightly, making his heart flutter and unable to struggle.
A heat slowly spreads from behind my ears to my neck...
His palms gradually felt warm, and he couldn't help but hold Lila's hand tightly again.
Lila felt a slight pain in her hand and suddenly came to her senses. How embarrassing it was that she was staring at Martin so intently again. She quickly straightened up, broke free from Martin's hand, grabbed a piece of light yellow bamboo paper from the table, stuffed it into Martin's hand, moved a foot to the side, smiled with a rosy face, lowered her head and said nothing.
Martin felt a sense of relief on his shoulders, and felt a little regretful, but he also knew that business was more important. He quickly pondered and took up the bamboo paper in his hand to take a closer look.
