After the anesthetic wore off, Connor Wen woke up from his coma. The severe pain still lingered on him, but he felt that he could open his eyes a little.
Looking at the disturbing whiteness in front of him, he knew he was in the hospital. Was his nose surgery done? Was he disfigured? He subconsciously wanted to reach out and touch his nose.
A hand suddenly grabbed his wrist. He turned his head and saw Luo Rui's tearful face.
Luo Rui choked up and said, "I just had surgery, don't touch it."
Connor Wen's eyes felt sore and two pools of transparent liquid suddenly formed in his eye sockets.
