Roman Lu decided to intimidate the Western European countries because of a letter of condemnation from the King of France.
In this letter, the King of France at that time was Louis XIV.
Louis XIV gave a detailed account of the historical origins of European royal families and the backgrounds of European nobles, and concluded that the Xia emperor's bloodline was not Western.
The Xia people's rule in Europe was completely unacceptable to the Western world.
Roman Lu took the letter to Diana, but got the same answer. Louis XIV's letter of admonition was very sophisticated. The royal families in Europe all valued bloodline.
