“Why didn’t you pick him up today?”
The bedroom door was pushed open, and Cedric turned his head. It was his tall father standing in the doorway.
He was tall and burly, dressed in a uniform, the emblem on his chest was shining, his gray hair was meticulously combed behind his head, and the wrinkles on his forehead and eyebrows were obvious. He looked at Cedric with a calm face, his eyes burning, and his momentum was compelling.
Obviously, my father had just returned from a high-level meeting.
“There is something in my school. It happened that a friend went to the airport and just...” Before he could speak, a thing flew over before his eyes, and Cedric turned his head to avoid it.
