There were many people in the hospital's infusion room, some were coughing, some were blowing their noses. Before Owen Travis could say anything, Liam Harrisxian couldn't stand it anymore and decided to open a single room.
The ward is not big, but it is quiet and clean, and has a private bathroom. The nurse came in with the solution, hung up the medicine bag, and asked which hand to inject.
Owen Travis stretched out his left hand. On the back of his white hand were several purple blood vessels. The nurse inserted the infusion needle neatly and said, "Don't drip too fast. If you need anything, just ring the bell."
It was the first time that Liam Harris stayed by someone's bedside. He walked from the foot of the bed to the head of the bed, put down the glass of water he had just filled, and then pulled out a chair to stand by the bed.
Owen Travis was propped up with two pillows, his upper body slightly too high. He heard Liam Harris sigh, turned his head to look, and asked what was going on with his eyes.
