The train traveled through the wilderness, speeding up, gradually turning all the scenery on both sides into large colorful lines.
Mrs. Zhou took out a book from her handbag, put on her glasses and started reading seriously. She didn't seem to be very willing to talk, so Blake tactfully stopped talking. Although he was indeed concerned about the progress of the plan, it was obvious that Zhou Yong would not reveal such highly confidential information to any unrelated person, even if that was his closest wife.
Harper handed over the headphones and casually turned on a movie.
With snacks, movies and favorite people, this journey should have been relaxing and pleasant. However, since the person sitting opposite him was Mrs. Zhou, Blake inevitably started thinking about people with special abilities. Although he seemed to be staring at the screen, he didn't know what he was watching. It was not until the train arrived at the station more than two hours later that Harper pulled him back from his messy thoughts.
Mrs. Zhou closed the book, took her luggage from Harper, and thanked him again.
