On the top of Storm Peak in the southern continent, a solitary giant wearing patchwork whale skin armor was sharpening a spear on a huge grindstone, his long beard and hair covering most of his face.
He was twenty meters tall, twice as tall as an average giant, with a griffin perched on his shoulder. For humans, elves and dwarves, creatures such as griffins, Pegasus and wyverns can be tamed and turned into flying mounts, but for giants, these creatures can only be regarded as falcons.
Suddenly, the griffin woke up, flapped its wings restlessly and cried out a warning.
But the giant seemed very calm and just raised his face lazily.
This mountain is the highest point of the entire continent. Looking down from here, you can only see the rolling sea of clouds, and occasionally you can see the scene on the earth through the gaps in the clouds.
