Outside the Endless Tower, Ganon and Mora were inspecting and talking in the territory.
"So you want to build a weapons workshop?" Mora blinked in surprise.
"Yes, I want to build fortifications around the territory and train a usable private army. I hope to build a weapons workshop with the help of the dwarf's forging technology, probably in this area, to provide the troops with advanced and high-quality weapons. To be honest, I quite like the level of weapons of the Imperials." Ganon said.
The dozen or so captives previously captured from the Principality's dragon-slaying troops have been used by Ganon to participate in the restoration project of the Endless Tower.
Now that the Endless Tower has been basically repaired and they are no longer needed, and these people have behaved quite obediently, Ganon released them from the dungeon, allowed them to build a village in a habitable place within the territory, and let them take care of the farmland in that area.
