Anya opened her eyes blearily and found herself in a dark room.
Her hands and feet were not tied, but they were very weak and she had little strength.
The shaking feeling made her realize that she was in a carriage. Thanks to the racial talent of the dark elves and the blessing of the assassin profession, her eyes quickly adapted to the darkness and she saw the people in the carriage.
There were two people in the carriage, a man and a woman, both dark elves. The woman sat against the wall of the carriage, looking down at Anya with her hands folded. The man wore a mask and sat silently at the back of the carriage, holding a long staff in his hand.
"Don't even think about running away. I've given you blood poison. If you don't drink the antidote made with my blood within two days, you might become paralyzed." The female dark elf said coldly.
