Ganon looked around calmly and found that the other purple dragons did not panic because their "companions" were hunted by the blue dragon king. Instead, they continued to concentrate on chasing the humans who had been transformed into a bloody mess between the ruins of the buildings in the nest.
It was as if the Blue Dragon King Grandel had held a hunting party in his lair where monsters were cannibalistic. Whether it was the purple dragons preying on mutated humans or the Blue Dragon King preying on purple dragons, it was all part of the party, and none of the participants felt anything was wrong.
The same was true for the modified humans. Although they were running away desperately out of their survival instinct, Ganon found that they had no intention of escaping from the nest.
The entrance leading out of the nest is large enough for an ancient dragon to pass through. As the only entrance and exit of the nest, it is very conspicuous. However, Ganon saw these mutated humans passing by the path leading to the cave several times, but they never rushed over.
