This was the first time in Dolan Sloni's life that she cast a spell so quickly. A gust of air lifted her up from the bottom. This flying technique of controlling the airflow to lift her body was the first spell that Amanda taught her.
Dolan Sloni used the air currents she summoned to hold Amanda up, then caught her in mid-air and slowly landed her on the ground.
She fell silent, then she changed into human form and knelt down, pulling Amanda into her arms.
Amanda's body was still warm, but she was completely lifeless.
She didn't cry out loud at first, but tears poured out and her body shook constantly.
