The kitchen delivered the food quickly.

The servant walked into the room, placed everything on the small table, served a bowl of white porridge, and invited David to eat.

David came over and sat down. He picked up the bowl in his hand, felt it was hot, and put it down again. He turned around and looked at Maxwell and asked, "Have you eaten?"

Maxwell was stunned for a moment, then laughed and said, "That's right, I forgot."
