It snowed heavily all night.
In the early morning, the clouds and snow dispersed, and the sky was blue. But the wind became colder. When I walked out of the door, the hot air I exhaled condensed into white mist in an instant. The icicles hanging from the eaves and branches shone colorfully in the sun.
Evan Zhao tightened his cloak, brushed away the snow that was blowing on his face, exhaled a breath, and suddenly became curious. In this temperature, would a glass of water freeze immediately?
Before he could satisfy his curiosity, the cold wind suddenly intensified, and Evan Zhao sneezed twice in succession. Not wanting to catch a cold, he quickly turned around and returned to the room. He sat down by the brazier, rubbing his hands together, and with the warmth from the brazier, his fingertips were finally no longer cold.
Not long after, I heard a sound.
