When Liu Ling revealed her identity, saying that she was the daughter of the King of Huainan, it was like a thunderclap. The Xiongnu nobles present were furious, and most of them drew their short knives and threatened to kill her.

Yizhixie did not say a word. He raised his arm to stop the angry crowd. His hawk-like eyes swept over Liu Ling, as if he wanted to see through her completely.

"Your Majesty," Liu Ling stepped forward, ignoring the whip at his neck, and leaning against the horse, he said, "My father is a descendant of Emperor Gaozu of Han, and a noble prince, but was forced to death by Liu Che in order to seize the throne. This hatred is irreconcilable."

As Liu Ling spoke, he slowly stretched out his right hand, climbed up along the horsewhip, and finally stopped at the back of Yizhixie's hand.

"Liu Che did not stop even after forcing my father to death. He tried to kill everyone in the palace several times. My mother and brother were killed. Fortunately, my brother died to protect me, and I was lucky enough to escape from the Han border. I wanted to flee to the Western Regions and hide my identity for the rest of my life, otherwise I would not survive."
