It was pitch black outside the house and the heavy rain had stopped. Occasionally, a motorcycle passed by the door, or a bicycle drove by with its bell ringing.

Rachel Xia slowly got up and looked up to find that her aunt had already poured water for her. Rachel Xia nodded and took the water. Her aunt should have heard from her uncle about the big fight at noon. Although there was no blame in their eyes, she could still feel that they didn't know how to face her.

Perhaps the change was too drastic and made them feel unfamiliar. After all, although Rachel Xia, who spoke softly and worked with his head down, did not win much favor from them, his well-behaved appearance was indeed loved by many parents.

Rachel Xia pointed to her throat and opened her mouth to indicate that she couldn't speak. Her aunt patted her head and told her to drink the honey water.

"The honey water I just bought is not as harsh as drinking boiled water. Soothe your throat first. I cooked seafood porridge. Aunt Zhou next door gave it to you. Drink the porridge later. If you eat rice, your throat may not be able to bear it."
