"Number 28, Elliot Gu." A female staff member in a professional short skirt suit stood at the door and called his number in a low voice.
"Coming." Elliot Gu stood up, holding her plastic shell, and walked to the door while passing through the gazes of the crowd.
"Wait here for a moment. Your interviewer hasn't arrived yet." The female staff pointed to a chair by the door and opened the door of the conference room and went in.
Elliot Gu didn't think much about why his interviewer was different, because he was not in a good mood. The people who had just gone in for the interview came out dejected. And with his good eyesight, he had just sneaked a peek at the resumes of several nearby interviewees. They were basically from well-known universities, two of them were from the archaeology department of B University, and there was also a PhD who returned from overseas!
While waiting for his interviewer to arrive, Elliot Gu calmed down and suddenly felt less nervous. Because according to his observations just now, he should be the one that the HR lady brought in to make up the numbers in order to meet the performance requirements. So, since he couldn't pass anyway, he didn't need to be nervous. Just treat it as a chance to see the big scene and go in and chat with the bosses.
