Elliot Huang has traveled back through time.
The pain in his toes was spreading, extending all the way up along the instep and soles, to his calves, and then to his thighs. It was so intense that he squatted in pain. He looked around with blurred eyes and saw a stone in his field of vision, which was the same as before. It’s the same as when I traveled to Huifeng Garden.
Elliot Huang sat on the stone, took off her leather shoes while crying, and then pulled off the black cotton socks. When she found that her toes were not broken, she put them on again one by one.
An old woman was walking in front holding the rope of the scooter. A little girl in a red down jacket was sitting on the scooter. She was kicking on her two short legs and babbling all the way.
Elliot Huang took out a folded light gray striped handkerchief from his pocket, wiped the tears from his face, and vaguely heard that the little girl was singing "Little Swallow".
