The cigarette B*tts in front of Ethan Jiang were scattered all over the place, and he felt a little nauseous from smoking. Ethan Jiang's right thumb kept rubbing Gabriel Su's name in the address book, but he couldn't press it for a long time. Ethan Jiang wanted to ask, but didn't know where to start. Ethan Jiang felt that no matter how Gabriel Su answered, it would be a knife to his heart.
Would Gabriel Su admit his mistake? Would he ask for forgiveness? Or would he just break up? Ethan Jiang didn't know. He lowered his head, his mind buzzing. It turned out that the person had drifted away.
Gabriel Su had no idea that her boyfriend's usually carefree mind had now entered a dark dead end, and it was impossible to pull him back even with eight horses. Gabriel Su stared at the clock and saw that it was just past twelve o'clock. He immediately cleared his throat and called Ethan Jiang.
Ethan Jiang pressed the answer button with trembling fingertips, and Gabriel Su's cold and pleasant voice came from the other end of the microphone: "Are you asleep?"
Ethan Jiang looked up at the room upstairs that alternated between light and darkness, and replied with a hoarse voice, "No."
