When Ethan Wu woke up the next morning, Max Shen had already gone to work. On the table in the restaurant downstairs was a still warm breakfast and a reserved lunch.
Because Ethan Wu often gets up too late and eats breakfast and lunch together, Max Shen doesn't prepare too much breakfast for him.
The housekeeper would come to clean the room at 2 o'clock every afternoon. However, because Max Shen was a mysophobe and did not like outsiders entering his private space, the housekeeper was only responsible for cleaning the area on the first floor, mainly including cleaning the dining table, kitchen waste and dishes. The upstairs was cleaned by Max Shen himself.
The housekeeper is a 40-something lady named Li. She is very quiet, dark-skinned, doesn't talk much, and is agile. She has the key to the house and comes to clean quietly every day. When she's done, she leaves. If she sees Ethan Wu, she nods and greets him a little awkwardly. If she doesn't see him, she won't bother him.
Ethan Wu thought that this family had so many secrets, and they were so confident in handing the keys to a housekeeper. Then he thought it was normal. If Max Shen was really a boss in this level, he would not be afraid of others coming to his house. He might not be afraid of the police, let alone such an ordinary cleaner.
