The distribution of deer tags seems to be very random - they are handed out at the city hall on a first-come, first-served basis until 30 are distributed.
However, even if you go early and grab one of the 30 deer cards, it is useless. The "Beginning of the Deer Race" mission lasts for ten days, and the guild that can keep the deer card at the end will be considered the final winner. Getting the deer card too early will attract too much attention and attract too much firepower.
Moreover, it is not possible to secretly obtain the Deer Tag and then hide it, because any guild that obtains the Deer Tag will have a special token logo behind the guild name, which is very eye-catching.
If it were just like this, for a small guild like Ethan Wu, others would not know that they were members of this guild. After they got the deer badge, even if others knew that it was someone from the Spark Guild who got the deer badge, it would be difficult to find them and snatch the deer badge away. But perhaps to avoid the possibility of such cheating, the rules also require that each guild must return the deer badge to the guild's base within 30 minutes of receiving it. If the deer badge leaves the guild's base for more than 30 minutes, it will be automatically recovered by the system and returned to the city hall for distribution.
This requires that each guild must bring the deer token back to its base after obtaining it and send someone to guard it there. Others only need to go to the base of the corresponding guild to grab the gem.
