When I woke up the next day, snow was already falling heavily.
Ethan Gu woke up Blake and asked him what he wanted to eat for breakfast. After getting the reply "whatever", he got dressed and went to the first floor. He washed the rice and put it in the pressure cooker. Then he opened the locked French window and walked out to the courtyard, ready to practice boxing first.
The cold morning wind mixed with flying snow blew all over my face.
The last trace of sleepiness was frozen by the ice and snow. Ethan Gu closed the glass window with his backhand and took two steps on the fallen snow all night. An ochre shadow flew down from the treetops covered with white snow, ran and jumped around him, and occasionally moved towards the floor-to-ceiling window.
Ethan Gu took a closer look and found that it was the monkey that Blake brought back last time. Half a year had passed, and the iron ring and half of the chain on its neck were still there, but the hair on its body had grown back, but it was stuck together due to moisture and was not fluffy.
