Doctor Fang uses two pots to cook noodles. One pot is used to boil water and the other pot is used to heat cold oil. While the oil is boiling over a low flame, Doctor Fang takes out a cutting board and knife, and under Ryan's watchful eyes, he skillfully slices the large piece of beef into even slices with steady strokes.
Noah: "Do you want to eat green onions?"
"You can eat it."
He chopped onions and ginger, and asked, "Can I mince garlic?"
"Can."
