It was a sunny morning in June.
Ryan lay on the bed, groaning and occasionally saying "ouch" once or twice.
Noah, who was kneeling astride him, sighed and rubbed his back, saying, "I have told you so many times not to sit cross-legged on a chair, and not to put your feet on the chair surface when marking papers. It is not that you can create a kind of 'balance' for your spine and pelvis by just putting one foot on it for a while and then switching to the other foot."
"Ah---" Ryan screamed, "Isn't it true? I bend it like this first, then let it bend like that, and then it will be straightened, right?"
... Noah pressed the base of his palm on his lumbar spine and said, "It's not what you think. It's the spine, not slime."
