After Logan Hunter's birthday, summer arrived.
When Ethan Miller brought Daxian back to City B, he clearly felt the dryness and heat coming from the air. Daxian, who was already a little airsick, was listless for several days before he finally regained his vitality in the coolness of the high-rise. However, the cat became lazy at a speed visible to the naked eye. Every day, it lay on the shiny floor pretending to be a cat cake. When Ethan Miller called its name, it just shook its tail, as if it agreed.
Every time Logan Hunter watched a video with his clothes on, he would always find a way to point out that the immortal's unruly soul was not suitable for domestication and that it needed a wider private space.
Ethan Miller's answer every time was to silently take a photo of his home with a camera. Although his house was not so big that he could walk the dog without going out, it was more than enough for a cat. If that didn't work out, there was always the house opposite.
During this period, Ethan Miller and Logan Hunter could only chat through video, and Ning Buchen would occasionally join in.
