The Monte Carlo Circuit is one of the four largest racing circuits in the world.
The reason for the establishment... Like many citizens of Monaco, the president of the Automobile Club has a close relationship with the royal family of Monaco and is very close to the prince. The president told the prince that he had a bold idea to build a unique race track in the city, so the streets of Monaco, a tiny place, became a race track.
The chairman also drove a Bugatti Veyron and became the champion of the first street circuit.
