The entire studio was silent for four or five seconds, followed by the screams of fans. Ethan Stone's ears turned red at a speed visible to the naked eye, and the blood under his skin became so red that it was almost transparent.
The host quickly realized what was happening and asked Ethan Stone, "You gave him a hint on purpose because you were afraid of saying something wrong."
If it were any other issue, Ethan Stone could answer any sharp question, but there was really nothing he could do about it. He couldn't lie and say that they were not familiar with each other or something.
The host didn't make things difficult for him and asked, "Since the call is connected, Oliver Scott, on behalf of the program team, I would like to formally invite you. Are you free to join our program?"
There was silence for a few seconds on the other end of the phone, and then he said okay.
