Ervin hugged Adrian tightly, like a drowning man grabbing a life-saving piece of driftwood, or like a lost child who finally found his home.
Adrian also let Ervin hug him. He was very happy. The emotions that appeared on Ervin's face the moment he saw him: shock, touching, attachment, trust, and tears...that was the expression he wanted to see.
He watched Ervin walk towards him step by step, as if he was watching him willingly walk into the cage he had customized for him. When he opened his arms, he hugged him as expected... This fool really did something that was quite pleasing to himself unconsciously!

With a smile in Adrian's eyes, he placed his large hand on the back of Ervin's hatted head, letting him feel his presence - but he would never let him know that he could be pleased so easily.
