Huang Weihe is not like Steven, who knows many varieties of water spinach. In his concept, there are two types of water spinach, hydroponics and dry land, and the tastes are quite different. The other is simply and crudely divided by place of origin.

But Huang Weihe has never tasted such a taste after eating it in China, including places where the climate is said to be very suitable for the growth of water spinach.
