Jasper stood up and said, “Uncle Yan, it seems that today’s conversation has no results, but for Everly, I won’t let go. I think you will agree to the long day in Japan.”
He smiled faintly, then turned and left after nodding his head.
The door was closed, and only Yanlin was sitting in the room. He glanced at the cold tea on the coffee table, and when it came into effect, he picked up the teacup and poured it.
Downstairs, Everly went to meet Mrs. Shen. I’ve already called Yanlin’s father just now, and changing my slogan to Grandma seems much simpler, but when Mrs. Shen heard that sentence, Grandma made tears in her eyes.
She nodded and shook Everly’s hand. Everly also said what she had discussed with Yanlin. The old lady pondered for a while and slowly said, “I respect your decision. It’s just a child. I wronged you. Have you really figured it out?”
