Her character is not that of a gentle interpreter.
Sometimes he would give a few words of enlightenment, but more often he would share with Prince Yong what he had seen, heard and what was going on around him.
It can be regarded as a disguised form of persuasion, but it was not so obvious. Prince Yong was allowed to think about everything by himself, and Ava Chang did not say much.
In case Prince Yong regretted telling her what was on his mind later, he would settle the score again.
