The garbage truck was stopped by a police car before it drove out of the Xihuai Road intersection.
The driver was dazed and trembling as he followed the police car to the door of the police station, and then was asked to get out of the car and questioned by the police.
When faced with police questioning, the driver remained carsick from beginning to end.
