Ryan slept for eight hours. When he was woken up by the alarm clock, he turned it off rudely, wishing he could close his eyes and sleep soundly again.
His head was still aching slightly, and the blood vessels near his temple were throbbing, making Ryan wonder if the blood vessels there were about to burst. Apart from that, he felt uncomfortable all over. He felt as if he had been curled up in a narrow box for a night, and not a single part of his body was intact.
This shouldn't be the case. When he was training with Ava before, he was still full of energy after waking up. Why did he feel exhausted this time?
Leaving the scope of the Twilight Land, the outside world alternated between day and night, and now it was morning, with warm sunlight shining through the window glass. Ryan sat up and stretched, and his bones made a frightening "cracking" sound, which scared him.
"Are you awake? If you are, come and have breakfast." The illusionist behind the curtain said unhappily.
