At seven o'clock in the morning, Aunt Zhang steamed dumplings with various fillings and packed them in palm-sized square plastic containers.

Freshly baked dumplings have thin skin, rich fillings and a fragrant aroma.

There are six in a box, namely, lean meat and cabbage filling, lotus root and minced meat filling, corn and carrot filling, two of each kind, and each one is as big as half an adult male's fist.
