After an unknown amount of time, Dak woke up in a dark space filled with the stench of decay and blood. When he opened his eyes, he was surprised. The surrounding environment was neither the "noisy" streets of Binglin City Square nor the simple strategic regiment dormitory. Instead, it was a dim, empty hall with only a faint light far above his head.
After banging his head hard to dispel some of the chaotic hangover feeling, Dak suddenly stood up and looked around in a daze.
