The Sunida Explorers Association has a history of at least 150 years. It was established by a non-governmental organization during the reign of Tou I of the Rigne Empire. It was officially recognized after the "Imperial Exploration Regulations" were issued when Reka I ascended the throne a few years ago. The Explorers Association has gradually become a major feature of the town of Sunida.
There are countless organizations in the wasteland world that have broken away from the human empire or federation. Most of them aim to explore wasteland relics, city ruins, and even some villages that have been isolated from the world since BC and have been protected from invasion by "viruses" and "mysterious extraordinary forces".
In general, the consistent policy of the Rinie Empire is to rebuild the order of the wasteland, although Sugra, as the capital, tends to shrink and protect itself, develop the city itself as much as possible, and was the last to arrive in the Battle of Kofu, with the least loss.
