When the annoying and troublesome spores dissipated, the "fused body" had disappeared into the dark forest at the end of the field of vision.
After running a few steps forNolan, Wolfya suddenly stopped, stuffed the "Northern Bear" pistol back into his waist, and walked back with Dark, saying:
"Let's chase him by car. He's as fast as a leopard. It's hard for us to catch up by running."
About fifteen minutes later, after driving through the woods filled with weirdness, uneasiness and fear, Dark and Wolfya finally caught up with the "fused alien" near a pile of ruins.
When the two sides were less than a hundred meters away, Dak tried to fire a volley of bullets at him with the "Violet" rifle, but it still had no effect, as if it hit a steel plate and bounced off.
