The sun was high in the sky, and its blazing rays were shining on the earth. The gradually sultry temperature failed to dispel the chill that spread all over Aunt Zoe's body.
She ran back like crazy, her eyes lost their former look, only boundless fear remained.
"Where? Where?"
Aunt Zoe kept mumbling, completely ignoring Harper Shi and Xiaobao beside her, and flipped through the pages of the book in a panic, trying to find the place Harper Shi just pointed to.
Harper Shi picked up another book and turned out the page describing the earthquake to show it to Aunt Zoe.
