"Did you say it fell asleep?" Tom's voice became very low. He was afraid of accidentally waking up the huge monster in front of him.
"If it hadn't fallen asleep, it would have bitten you in two." The brown-maned rat king said angrily, "It will be December soon. Fortunately, this guy is lazy and hibernates early."
"Then...then I don't have to be bitten in two..." Tom said tremblingly.
"Generally speaking, magical creatures that have fallen into hibernation will not wake up so easily." The Brown-Maned Rat King said, "As long as your luck is not particularly bad."
"Why should you depend on my luck?" Tom pinched his nose, and a gust of wind blew in with a strong smell of blood.
