After dinner, some of us drank tea and some chatted. The snow had been heavy for a while, and a small layer had accumulated on the ground. Now it has become smaller again, with only a few snow particles falling.
Yang Yingzhen and Bai Jishen went to the backyard to talk, while Avery Jiang sat alone on the wicker chair on the small table in the front yard. Probably because the front yard is a parking place, the Bai family usually chooses to rest in the garden-like backyard.
The wicker chair is not a regular four-legged chair, but a rocking chair. Avery Jiang was wrapped in her coat and shook her chair absentmindedly. She knew she had a lot of things to think about, but she just didn't want to think about them in detail, she just felt distracted.
"Hello, aunt." A sweet and crisp little girl's voice sounded. It was the little girl who asked her aunt to open the gift. She was wearing a red sweater and an apricot-colored plush scarf around her neck. She climbed onto the wicker chair opposite her and asked, "What are you doing?"
Avery Jiang didn't know how to answer this question, so she said vaguely: "Auntie is watching the snow?"
