After Emery Xia cried, Kaia Ogata became much quieter. She may have been a little frightened, her body stiffened, and the eager expression on her face disappeared.
She kept her face facing him, with only her eyeballs moving in her sockets, her eyes slowly moving downward along with his tears.
Tears gathered on his chin, and her eyes stopped there.
