Nathan had thought about this Christmas date, and he took great pains to book a Christmas Eve dinner at a high-rise restaurant with an excellent view. The decoration was very Christmassy, and it should be a great place for a Christmas date. Apart from that, he didn't have time to do anything else.
In Nathan's opinion, this is enough. As one grows older, one will indeed lose some imagination and creativity, as well as the passion for imagination and creation. During festivals, the most practical advice is to "have a good meal."
It's already past twelve o'clock and the manuscript is not finished yet.
Nathan was so sleepy that he had a headache. He said distressedly, "I have to make a cup of coffee and finish writing the manuscript, otherwise I won't be able to leave work until two o'clock."
As Nathan was about to go back to get the cup, Austin leaned on him, wrapping his arms around his waist like a koala parasitic on his back. He was strangely clingy and warm, so Nathan just let him be. The offices on the entire floor were dark. It was a holiday, and the temperature had dropped, so few people were working overtime.
