The popularity of Shangjing is mixed with that of evil.
Lucas sent out various aquatic creatures to search along the rivers in the city, and actually caught quite a few "Painted Skins".
They are all young men. They cover their faces with skin obtained from somewhere. When the magic is not ineffective, it is a delicate face. If it is ineffective, it is just a layer of rotten flesh on their faces.
Lucas took a look at some "skins" piled on the ground and simply burned them. These things gave off the same fishy smell as Yangze.
