It was already late at night when Gu Yimin was kidnapped by bandit Zhang Yisha and taken to Qijia Village in Wanmusudang. The bandits carried torches and entered the village noisily, waking up the sleeping villagers. The bandits drove the villagers together and asked them to bring out food, light a fire, cook rice and boil water. Zhang Yishao drove Charlie Chen's family to live in a sheep shed. He and a few bandits moved into Charlie Chen's brick house, while the other bandits moved into nearby houses.
Charlie Chen did not recognize the kidnapped person as Gu Yimin, but in the light of the torch he saw the bandits pushing a man with his hands and feet tied and his mouth stuffed with cloth into the woodshed. That night the bandits ignored Gu Yimin. After eating and drinking, they smoked cigarettes and played cards, then fell asleep.
The next day, the bandits came to the woodshed. Zhang Yishao ordered one of his men to untie Gu Yimin and take out the rag from his mouth. Gu Yimin, who was usually pampered, felt sore all over after being tied up for a night. The rag stuffed in his mouth was found from nowhere. The smell made Gu Yimin's stomach and intestines turbulent all night. After taking out the smelly rag, Gu Yimin Feeling like vomiting, the acid in his stomach rushed into his mouth. Thinking of his identity, Gu Yimin held back and swallowed. After being untied, he pulled on his long shirt, took two steps forward, and sat down on the stool opposite Zhang Yixue. However, the bandits behind him pulled the stool away, and Gu Yimin sat down on the ground. The bandits laughed, and Zhang Yixue sat in the chair. Pretending to reprimand the bandits:
"No rudeness."
Gu Yimin stood up and sat on the stool again. The bandit took the stool away again. Gu Yimin fell to the ground again, laughing again. Zhang Yixu said again that he must not be rude. He said that this was a big shot, Gu Tuan leader Gu Gu. He pointed to the stool and asked Gu Yimin to sit on it. Amidst the laughter of the bandits, Gu Yimin reached out and carefully held the stool and sat on it.
